Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification and to develop job descriptions
Screen resumes and job applications- Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search
Manage candidate interview and provide the interview results as appropriate
- Track applicant flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, help collect and analyze recruitment data
Build and maintain database of recruitment- Host and participate in job fairs
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Bali-based- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
Hands-on experience with job platforms- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites
English communication skills- Knowledge of MS Office system and Google workspace
Strong interpersonal skills- Good written and verbal communication skills
