About The Role:Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of guest reservations, ensuring a seamless booking experience and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Manage and update the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requirements are met.- Provide detailed information about the clubs services, facilities, and promotions.
Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor reservation trends and report on occupancy rates and other key metrics.
Train and mentor junior reservation staff.
Minimum of 2 years experience a s a reservation or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in reservation software
- A Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
