Role Description
Senior Sales and Marketing (Dreams and Bookings) at Escape Haven Wellness Resort, Bali is responsible for developing the brand and executing sales and marketing plans to drive profitable sales and elevate brand awareness.
This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in both sales and marketing within the wellness resort industry, with a proven track record of achieving exceptional performance and a passion for wellness.
Core Responsibilities:
Managing Marketing and Sales Activities:
· Develops sales plans in key markets and executes this with the team.
· Manages reactive and proactive sales efforts across all direct sales channels
· Develops sales tools
· Manages and maintains the CRM system (Keap).
· Developing annual marketing plans along with the owners.
· Managing marketing agencies Design, SEO, Advertising, Web Development and Social Media.
· Developing Content strategy that engages and drives awareness and demand.
· Leads, coaches and develops a team of sales and marketing professionals
· Works cohesively across business divisions ensuring seamless handover from bookings to retreat operation teams.
· Key media contact and relations.
Building Successful Relationships:
· Collaborates with like minded brands to increase awareness and engagement
· Connects with community through media relations, events and awards.
· Sits on the Senior Management team and provides clear communication and presentation of plans to help drive customer satisfaction.
Leadership:
· Leads the propertys sales and marketing department, setting goals and strategies aligned supporting the business objectives.
· Coaches sales and operations team on revenue strategies.
· Sets goals, and training and development plans for direct reports. Creates a talented and engaged team
· Manages the S&M budget and provides clear reporting on ROI of this.
· Embodies values of the brand.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury travel industry.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
· Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
· Proven ability to drive the sales process across all channels
Business development opportunity, identification and follow through
· Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
· Proven ability to position products against competitors
· Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
· Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Native English speaker with clear and confident written and verbal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday and Keap CRM software.
Working Conditions:
This position is open to Expats where a KITAS work visa will be provided, this position is based at the Bali resort but may require occasional travel. A flexible schedule may be necessary to meet business needs.
5 days a week with 1 month paid holiday per year (outside peak booking season).
