Job Description

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a knack for building relationships and closing deals We're seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base.

Wola Creative Studio is a digital agency based in Jakarta, specializing in integrated digital marketing and video production. Our client portfolio includes renowned brands like Siloam Hospitals, Tokyu Property Management, and Kalbe.

We are looking to aggressively grow our sales this year and we are looking for Business Development Executive who can generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Indonesian market utilizing our existing client database.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic sales initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial client onboarding to project completion and handover.

We're Looking For Candidates With:

  • Proven sales track record: minimum 2 years of experience closing high-value deals.
  • Exceptional communication skills: ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Language proficiency: fluency in English is a plus point to be able to interact with our international clients.
  • Tech-savvy: proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-starter: demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Results-oriented: A strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Based in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek).
