Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at St. Gabriel's Pre - University in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets with more than 5+ years of experience
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, paid social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and ROI for management review.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the education industry and international universities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English and Indonesian language
