Senior Business Development (Advertising & Partnership)

for a passionate Senior Business Development (Advertising) who's ready to make an impact

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our
client base.
Identify and qualify prospective clients through market research, cold calling,
networking, and other lead generation methods.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their
needs and providing tailored advertising solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and client
services, to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and projects.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify
opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals.
Track and report key sales metrics, providing regular updates to management on sales
performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Min. 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the advertising or
marketing industry.
Have connections to various advertising agencies is a plus point.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
Able to work hybrid in Jakarta Selatan
