- The Role: Senior Solution Consultant
Manage bids, respond to RFPs, and prepare technical proposals, solution documents, diagrams, and product presentations.- Coordinate pricing proposals and related efforts.
Act as the lead contact with prospects to understand their business requirements.- Conduct workshops, analyze requirements, and define functional needs.
Identify and present appropriate solutions to meet client needs.- Assist the sales team in technically qualifying prospects.
Help clients integrate with our system.- Fully understand and convey product capabilities, including features and integration.
Conduct demos to showcase our solutions to clients.
Manage complex projects, including on-premise, on-cloud, and SaaS RFP projects.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Presales for software solutions/software houses, with strong experience in bid management and RFP responses.- Specialized Knowledge: Experience in handling on-premise software tenders is a must.
Certifications: PMP certification is an added value.
- Education: Bachelors degree from top local or overseas universities with a minimum GPA of
- 25.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia are required.- Communication: Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
Time Management: Ability to work with demanding timelines.
