Conduct keyword research and content optimization to boost organic traffic
Monitor, analyze, and understand current SEO and digital marketing trends
Implement SEO strategies to align content, SEO specialists, and marketing teams on initiatives related to:
On-page and off-page optimization
Website health checks/audits
SEO performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs
Regularly monitor website and organic channel performance, alerting for any anomalies
Create and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to report progress on organic channel achievements
Required Qualifications
3+ years as an SEO Analyst and 5+ years in Marketing, preferably in SEO
Willing to work on-site at Evermos headquarters in Bandung
Basic knowledge of marketing frameworks
Detail-oriented and data-driven
Strong analytical skills for comprehensive analysis
Experience in on-page and off-page SEO
Proficient in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
Basic HTML, CSS (WordPress preferred), and JavaScript knowledge
Familiar with site structure and sitemaps for technical SEO
Understanding of mobile optimization and UX
Current with SEO trends and algorithms
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheets; familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus
Collaborative with content teams, providing insights based on analysis
Strong communication skills; able to simplify technical concepts
Ability to integrate data for actionable insights beyond basic analysis
