- Position Overview: As an SEO Specialist at 12 Creative, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies and optimizing rankings for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for optimizing websites, analyzing data, and driving organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about SEO, stays current with industry trends, and possesses a strong analytical mindset.
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and develop actionable strategies to improve organic search performance.- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, key words, headers, URLs, and content, to enhance search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
Must be able to set up GA4- Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other team members to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all marketing efforts.
Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in a digital marketing agency.- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ubersuggest Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Familiarity with Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.- MUST be able to work in the evenings from 3pm - 11pm Indonesia time
