- Handle guests complaints and escalate issues to the manager if necessary.
Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables and cleaning.- Stay updated on menu changes and daily specials.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a server.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:- Certification from a culinary or hospitality school.
