SERVER Our client is a fantastic nightclub in Bali with an underground theme. It features a dance area, VIP seating, excellent sound quality, outstanding DJs, and a vibrant atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
Ensures and collects appropriate guest payment for beverage service
- Maintains a professional and tidy appearance at all times.
Communicates in a positive, respectful manner to both internal and external guests.- Builds and maintains knowledge of food and beverage offerings or beverage offerings to ensure all questions answered appropriate and accurately.
Monitor the guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
Requirements:
Familiarity with nightclub service environments is a plus- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
Customer service-oriented with a welcoming demeanor
- Strong math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
