Responsibilities- To ensure that day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly in accordance with Companys pre-set procedures and workflows.
To assist Immediate Superior in the day-to-day functions Store opening and closing.- Ensure a conducive, safe and comfortable ambiance for staff and customers.
To refill green tea for customer regularly.
- To familiar with menu item and able to explain to customers.
Ensure side stations are well stocked and do the necessary items topped up when the item is running low.- To ensure runner station are well set up.
To conduct beverage and dessert count.
- To monitor and ensure outlet achieve budgeted sales and targeted.
To perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of selling floor, cashiering counter, workstation and locker room.- Greet customer when they come in to outlet and leave the outlet.
To provide good customer service by means of assisting customers whenever they need help.
- To handle customer enquiries / complaints and take note of customers orders.
Serve food promptly and effectively within waiting time as per SOP.- To perform cashiering duties
To ensure all cancellation/void of transactions are properly recorded
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Superior/ management from time to time.
Candidate with no working experience and fresh graduate is welcome to apply for this position. Training will be provided.
Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English
Experience in F&B line will be added advantage
Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays (6-day roster)
