Service Development Analyst

Service Development Analyst will be responsible to evaluate (existing processes), develop, and implement processes, knowlege, skills, abilities, and attitudes of frontliners in Asuransi Astra. They also will analyze, propose, and create programs for services culture activities based on _Customer Insight_ that in line with Asuransi Astra Culture & Value.

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1): Psychology/Communication/Management

Min. 2 years of experiences in services industry or related

• Have an experience in services industry is preferable

Experience to implement services cultureor create program based on customer interaction

• Excellence skills in: (a) Analysis & judgement; (b) Interpersonal & communication; (c) teamwork; (d) Customer services.

Placement: Head Office - TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan
