- Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1): Psychology/Communication/Management
Min. 2 years of experiences in services industry or related- Have an experience in services industry is preferable
Experience to implement services cultureor create program based on customer interaction- Excellence skills in: (a) Analysis & judgement; (b) Interpersonal & communication; (c) teamwork; (d) Customer services.
