Field Service Engineer for Rectifier Charger, UPS, Inverter, DC to DC converter, Batteries and other product company product port folio
Job responsibility
- 1 Performs Installation, installation supervision and commissioning
- 2 Performs maintenance, modification and troubleshooting
- 3 identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field also responsible for determining the cause of these failures
- 4 Manage third party service Vendors
- 5 Working with manufacture to solving problem equipment
- 6 Performs testing at company warehouse before delivery on site
Skill
- 1 Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
- 2 Have strong presentation skill
- 3 Highly organized skills
- 4 Project Schedule, S Curve and other application lead time schedule
- 5 Project Management Skill
- 6 Fluent in English in both verbal and writing is a must
Qualification
- 2 Minimum Bachelor of Diploma or Electrical Engineering is a must
- 3 Good understanding in executing testing commissioning, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance product and equipment include with reporting and hand over certificate
- 5 Familiar with Industrial and commercial UPS, all type of battery, battery monitoring system and other equipment related with Industrial ower supply
- 6 Have experience as field service engineer at oil and gas, powerplant, and other segement marker
- 7 Have experience project with end user also EPC customer at oil, gas, powerplant and other customer segmentation
- 8 Have pleasant analytic, hardworking and good appearance
- 9 Strong motivation, able to work independently and in a team
- 10 Ready and able to go on a business trip
