Established in 2013, the company operates from East Jakarta, offering new complete facilities for workshops, product demos, and offices.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Service Engineer at PT. Maja Bintang Indonesia. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks. While the role is based in Jakarta, but also willing to work for 1 or 2 week at other province.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Field Service and Technical Support skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Chemical
• willing to be trained in training facility in other country
