- Identify potential issue/complaint and lead technical trouble shooting at Branch
- Make a service monthly report to Management
- Analyze service planning and support to part management
- Implement management direction at Branch
- Manage daily task and improvement for the team
- Having experience min. 3 years as service head in electronic industry
- Min D3 from Electrical/Electro engineering
- Have a good interpersonal skill, communication skill, and analytical skill
- Good communication both oral and written
- Willing to be placed or transferred to another city
