Job Description

Position: SOP Creation and Quality Auditor for Educational Academy

Location: Timedoor Academy Branches

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Overview:

Timedoor Academy is one of the Top Edutech company that providing coding education for kids 5 - 19 years old. This position is responsible for the creation and auditing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aimed at improving the management of the appearance and cleanliness of Timedoor Academy branches, the work quality of admin and teaching staff, and the quality and mindset of customer service. This role plays a central part in quality control across all branches, with the ultimate goal of maintaining an optimal educational environment.

Role & Responsibility

SOP Creation:

  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that can be universally applied across all branches.
  • Standardize operational processes to support efficient operations.

Auditing and Quality Control:

  • Regularly audit the management of the appearance and cleanliness of each branch, and report on areas needing improvement.
  • Conduct quality checks on organization and cleanliness, and provide guidance based on SOPs.
  • Regularly audit the work quality of admin and teaching staff, and assess the need for further training.

Customer Service Quality Check:

  • Check the quality of branch appearance, cleanliness, and customer service at each location, and provide feedback on areas that need improvement.
  • Plan and implement training to enhance service quality.

Training Implementation:

  • Develop and implement training programs related to management and customer service.
  • Provide explanations and education to staff when introducing new SOPs or quality standards.

Propose and Implement Improvements:

  • Analyze the operational status of each branch and make improvement proposals.
  • Follow up on the implementation of proposals and provide additional support as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in a store-based business environment, with knowledge of quality control.
  • Values teamwork and possesses excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of managing and guiding others.
  • Experience in creating and auditing SOPs, with attention to detail.
  • Fluent English
  • Proactively engages in problem-solving and can drive continuous improvement.
