About this Role

To provide nationwide support to all Branches for Service Product Consultation including Retrofit and Modernization.

Main Reponsibility

Providing nationwide support for all Branches (West, Central, and East) for Service Product Consultation Service including Retrofit and Modernization potential.

Providing reports on activities related to Consultation Services

Prepare a work plan for the implementation of the work and monitor the progress of the implementation of the work

Prepare documentation well for each work activity

Prepare detailed drawings and documents according to the agreed schedule

Assist in conducting site surveys by coordinating with each related party, both within the Service Team, as well as with other departments within Konecranes, as well as with customers and sub-contractors

Carry out all work activities by applying the company's standard procedures

Collaborate with internal and external parties to maintain business opportunities that provide benefits to the company

Maintain work equipment and work safety equipment

Attend and conduct training scheduled by the company

Implement occupational safety regulatory standards in carrying out work accompanied by safety analysis which is included in the 5-S.

Performing other work assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma III in Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in same field.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
