Job Description

  • Assist DC Lead in planning, organizing, and implementing operational strategies.
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of published documentation such as SOP, operations manuals, and contact information.
  • Create and prepare document:
  • Weekly report .
  • Monthly report
  • Maintenance schedule for equipment
  • Monitoring and collect data for:
  • Daily Activity Report.
  • Incident Tracker.
  • Fuel consumption record.
  • PM realization report.
  • SLA tracker.
  • Utility meter report.
  • Provide direction to team or spread new information.
  • Coordinate and make schedule for meetings.
  • Check and review Overtime for technician.
