Export Staff is responsible for coordinating and executing the shipment export of products to customers, ensuring that orders are processed accurately, packaged securely, and delivered on time. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including warehouse personnel, logistics, customer service, and carriers, to guarantee smooth and efficient shipping operations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any field
Proven experience in Export, Shipping, Logistics, or a related role.- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.- Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and safety standards.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
