Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives (sales promotor) to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
Ensure smooth operation of the shop, including managing schedules, coordinating with other departments, and optimizing workflow processes.
Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for existing staff.
Prepare and manage the shop's budget, monitor expenses, and generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry, FMCG, and Startup
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets, with excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and senior management.
