Job Summary: As a Sales Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in our sales processes, products, and customer engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured training sessions covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential customers
Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn negotiation tactics and customer relationship management.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and maximize sales opportunities.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in the Sales and Marketing fields.
Good communication in English.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive attitude with a drive to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work under pressure and target-oriented.
