About the team
In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategy and driving business growth, conducting research & analysis to identify potential business opportunities, and driving projects across different departments.
Responsibilities
- Break down goals, formulate budget plans, and transform objectives into milestones and actionable plans.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, seller/brand growth initiatives, and merchandising strategies for the market; continuously evaluate and refine these strategies to align with business needs.
- Manage special projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.
- Establish and monitor business and operational metrics tailored to business objectives.
- Foster a sustainable business ecosystem, including creators, merchants, and product supply, while proactively managing business risks.
- Support business growth through product optimization, merchant governance, and data analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
- 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce platforms, consulting firms, or internet industries, with relevant experience in industry or market research and business analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong in analytics, logical, and problem solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects on different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear and comprehensible insights for audiences at different levels.
