Job Descriptions- Responsible in supervise, coordinate and monitor work on sites.
Responsible to read up tender specifications & drawings.- Responsible to design basic 2D, 3D drawings and draft layout planning.
Responsible to ensure all construction works are carried out as per construction drawings & specifications.
- Responsible to attend project meetings and prepare report to keep management updated on projects.
Responsible to site visit, prepares quotation & bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labor costs used in the tendering process.- Responsible to prepare and assist in submitting all tender related documents
Responsible to manage paperwork and keep proper record for all projects.
- Responsible to call for quotation and negotiate with subcontractor and suppliers, monitor and control project cost.
Responsible to prepare daily site reports, record site development with photos, check and take site measurements.- Responsible in managing and leading sub-contractor team.
Responsible to plan and monitor materials on site, control materials wastage and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Responsible to ensure compliance and enforcement of safety standards on site.
Responsible to ensure all work is completed according to dateline and planning.
Candidate must possess at least Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.- At least 3-year working experience in construction industry, preferably with project(s) experience.
Required Skill(s): Auto-CAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
Candidate who can start work immediately is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
