About The RoleAs a SIte Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management at our project site. You will oversee all aspects of the work, ensuring quality and safety and keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
Overseeing all activities and work at the project site to ensure compliance with the project plan and schedule.
- Determining the workforce and other resource requirements for the project and efficiently managing resource allocation.
Ensuring the quality of work meets established standards and monitoring the progress of work regularly.- Managing the project budget, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities to optimize expenses.
Communicating effectively with the project team, stakeholders, and management regarding the projects progress and emerging issues.
- Expanding our contractor partners and technical capabilities of our contractor partners.
Performing KYB tests with our contractor partners.
Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field and relevant work experience is a plus- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction industry
Previous experiences as a Site Manager or in other project management positions within construction or related industries.
- Proficiency in project management tools and related software is a plus
Good communication skills and the ability to adapt to various stakeholders- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Strong knowledge of construction regulations, processes, and safety standards
- Result oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
