Site Project Manager to manage and drive our site projects to successful completion.

Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.
- Location: Bali, Indonesia
Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed- Manage the use of materials, equipment, and personnel
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers
- Conduct regular site inspections to check for quality and adherence to safety standards
Monitor the quality of work and materials- Ensure that the finished work meets the required standards
Address any issues or defects that arise during construction
- Manage the project budget and ensure that costs are kept within agreed limits
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team of construction professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality work
