Site Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check Site Conditions: Inspect site conditions and prepare a report based on the
findings.
- Review Documents: Study relevant data/documents, including Bill of Quantity,
Construction Drawings, Building Regulations, and other necessary paperwork.
- Arrange Kick-off Meeting: Schedule and conduct a kickoff meeting with Sales,
Estimator, Designer, ME Advisor, and Purchasing to clarify work items.
- Create Job Schedule: Develop a detailed schedule of job activities.
- Develop Project Budget: Prepare the Project Budget Plan / Project Operational
Budget.
- Site Marking: Organize and oversee the site marking process.
- Permit Documentation: Collaborate with the Site Supervisor and Project Admin to
prepare and submit documents for building permits.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage the vendor's activities, ensure results are checked and
submitted to Purchasing.
- Material Requests: Prepare Material Request Sheets and manage the submission of
materials and services from vendors.
- Vendor Briefing: Explain duties, responsibilities, details, limitations, work sequences,
and targets to vendors.
- Shop Drawings: Coordinate the creation, checking, and submission of Shop
Drawings to the Designer for approval.
- Distribution of Drawings: Work with Project Admin to distribute Shop Drawings via
Trello and hard copies for projects.
- Supervise Site Work: Direct and manage the Site Supervisor to ensure work plans
and targets are met.
- Work Supervision: Monitor and supervise work to ensure adherence to the plan.
- Cost Control: Minimize errors that lead to additional costs.
- Vendor Meetings: Conduct weekly meetings with vendors to review past work, plan
upcoming tasks, address obstacles, and find solutions.
- Client Meetings: Hold weekly meetings with the Client to discuss work progress,
upcoming plans, and any issues related to the Client, Construction Management,
Building Management, or other external parties.
- Minutes of Meeting: Create and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Weekly Progress Report: Prepare and send a Weekly Report, including photos of
work progress, to the Client and/or Construction Management via email.
- Weekly Performance Report: Create and email Weekly Progress Reports detailing
work performance weight values to the Client and/or Construction Management.
- Periodic Checks: Conduct periodic inspections of work stages to ensure compliance
with Company standards.
- Quality Control Coordination: Work with Quality Control to inspect materials/goods
from the Vendor's workshop and ensure compliance with Company standards.
- Work Progress Documentation: Coordinate with Project Admin to prepare Work
Progress Minutes, obtain the Client's signature, and submit them to Finance.
- Close Out Documentation: Submit necessary documents to Project Admin for
compilation into a Close-Out Document
- Deposit Return: Prepare documentation for the return of the Fit-Out Deposit.
- Inventory Management: Record and return the Company's inventory items sent to the
project.
EDUCATION LEVEL:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,
- D3, S1 preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years in the same position for high school or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in the same position for D3, S1
SPECIAL SKILLS:
- Mastering Microsoft Office
- Mastery of AutoCAD, preferably
- Mastery of SketchUp, preferably
- Proficiency in United Kingdom, preferably
- Have good communication skills
- Able to work independently and work with a team
