Site Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction company in Bali. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, on time, and according to plan. You will be responsible for managing site workers, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project.

• Key Responsibilities

Site Management: Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring that the project progresses according to the schedule and plans.

• Workforce Supervision: Oversee and direct site workers and subcontractors, ensuring that they carry out tasks efficiently and to the required standard.

Quality Control: Monitor all construction work to ensure it meets the companys quality standards and complies with the project specifications and industry regulations.

Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety protocols and procedures, ensuring all workers comply with safety regulations and guidelines to minimize accidents and incidents on-site.Material Management: Manage the delivery and storage of materials on-site, ensuring that all materials are available when needed and properly handled.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays that could affect the project timeline, quality, or budget.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to project managers and senior management regarding site progress, challenges, and potential delays.

Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all project phases.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and workers hours, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

• Inspection and Testing: Oversee and coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure that completed work complies with design specifications and quality standards.

• Qualifications

Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a site supervision role within the construction industry, preferably in residential or commercial projects.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage site workers, with strong communication and organizational skills.Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations.

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.

Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple aspects of the construction process simultaneously.

Cultural Awareness: Understanding of local regulations and cultural nuances in Bali's construction industry.
