Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Development professional to lead innovative initiatives, driving the creation and enhancement of cutting-edge products within our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of beauty industry trends and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape to identify gaps in our current product assortment.
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to develop product portfolios, unique selling propositions (USP), and briefs for point-of-sale materials (POSM).
- Drive creative and constructive ideation for new products and product lines, ensuring SKINTIFIC remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
- Analyze the market and competitor landscape while offering strategic insights to help our brand maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide leadership and guidance by overseeing the work of Product Development Executives to ensure the successful execution of product development initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Beauty Product Development.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Keep up with beauty market trends, both local and international, regarding products, ingredients, and consumer needs.
- Have a broad and extensive knowledge of skincare/makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience leading product managers and cross-functional teams.
- Able to conduct research on current market trends.
- Capable of synthesizing data from various feedback sources in order to inform decisions in prioritizing and designing product features.
- Have knowledge or records proven of creating a good product idea/launch.
- Able to do full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
