Area: Jabodetabek, Jawa Barat, Sumatera, and Kalimantan
Responsibilities:
Ensure the achievement of selling-in and selling-out targets, and develop business with distributors.
Review distributor performance and ensure invoices do not become overdue.
Analyze area potential for distribution enhancement and propose local promotions.
Train, direct, and motivate sales supervisors to achieve business targets.
Develop strategies to increase sales and distribution, and collaborate with Pareto and potential outlets.
Identify and propose good distributor candidates for collaboration.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years as a Regional Sales Manager.
Background in FMCG or Beauty industry.
Sales experience in Jabodetabek & Sumatera
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing sales teams.
Good analytical skills to monitor and analyze sales performance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop effective sales strategies and adapt to market changes.
Time management skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
