Manage and develop operation and service standard policies to help achieve bancassurance strategic goals.
Lead and coordinate bancassurance business operations and services to fulfil sales team and business partners expectations.
Manage and provide periodic and ad-hoc reports required by sales team and bank partners.
Lead and manage FSC administration, licencing registration, contract, commission payment, termination, mutation, and other administration process. Including FSC Asset, Collateral, & Attributes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams under Head of Bancassurance and internal PSLA and PLAI (in relation to shared service arrangement) team to develop and execute business process, resolve issues related to implementation of business process and service.
Lead the development of operation and process improvement to enhance the bancassurance operation competitiveness and to meet service level requirement from business partners.
Review and validate sales case and sales process to comply with standards, procedures, and policies of Quality Business, Risk, and Sales Compliance
Manage Bancassurance Projects Related to Operation and Reporting Services, including finance and accounting, PSLA Bancassurance Business Continuous Plan (BCP) and Disaster Risk Reduction
Lead reward management and cost controlling support for bancassurance sales activities, rewards, campaigns, marketing, events, and projects which includes cost reporting, monitoring, vendor, and procurement administration etc
