Smallholders Innovation Officer

Job Descriptions Summary:

Strategic engagement and implementation of programme on independent smallholders

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee the implementation of the smallholder development programs in the existing project areas

• Conduct diagnostics on current condition of our engagement with independent smallholders

• Map out stakeholders in the existing project areas and potential project areas

• Build and implement an engagement strategy for independent smallholders and build positive relationships with stakeholders

• Manage multistakeholder projects

• Ensuring all smallholders data collected properly

Job Requirements:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Agronomy or any relevant field

• Have a working experience min 5 years with 3 years specifically in implementing of the smallholders project

• Have a good communication skill in both Indonesia (native) and English (intermediate)

• Willing to be located in Jakarta and extensively travelling to project areas all over Indonesia
