The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of the product portfolio strategy, with a focus on the smartphone market in Indonesia. The role involves analyzing market trends, understanding consumer needs, and managing the product lifecycle from launch to post-launch review. The Product Manager will collaborate across teams to drive product success, ensuring alignment between product development, sales, and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an efficient product portfolio based on the Indonesia smartphone market, competitive landscape, and market demands.
- Gain deep consumer insights by conducting and analyzing market research to identify consumer needs and software enhancements to improve product competitiveness.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including monitoring competitor activities such as product launches and price adjustments, and providing actionable recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Lead the new product launch (NPL) process by integrating product strategy with sales and marketing plans, ensuring timely execution of all related documentation and project milestones.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate the performance of new products and lead the continuous improvement of product strategies.
- Collect and analyze market data, evaluate the competitive environment, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize product positioning and competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Strong market insight and foundational knowledge of market research and analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product launch and market integration, preferably within the smartphone industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align resources and coordinate efforts across different teams (product development, sales, marketing).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including the ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
