Develop a growth and strategy focus on the expansion of HIGO locations in the Small Medium Enterprise segment.
Create and execute sales plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Forecast revenues and build a pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
You will manage the progress of sales opportunities throughout the sales process, including pipeline development, management, and maintaining.
Achieving sales targets and driving business growth of the SME team.
Report & Analyze: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Team Performance Management: Monitor and track team performance, providing feedback, direction, mentoring, and performance management for SME team as needed.
Communicate with and coordinate the activities of team for collaboration
Requirements
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role.
Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Sales, preferably in direct sales with a background in FMCG, Retail, or Tech companies.
Exhibit strong leadership skills, including managing sales teams across a wide area offline and remotely, with a deep understanding of the character and demographics of various areas.
Bachelor's degree.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Previous Team Management experience and having six sigma certifications is plus.
Market knowledge in the Small Medium Enterprise segment.
