Snapchat SMM / Development Manager

We're on the look-out for an SMM / Development Manager who will take care of our Snapchat projects.

Responsibilities:

• Publish weekly videos on Snapchat Discover and/or daily videos on Snapchat Spotlight;
• Identify and choose suitable and trendy content for our pages;
• Adapt content for Snapchat with the help of the Modification tool or a video designer;
• Create tiles (thumbnails) for all Snapchat Discover videos and find suitable hashtags;
• Work closely with Lead Development Manager, Platform Partnerships and Production teams to optimize and improve the page's performances;
• Create monthly reports with the data for the pages they manage and suggest improvements for the month after;
• Suggest and participate in experiments and report their success;
• Create a quarterly plan every 3 months that includes experiments, strategy changes and goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Professional experience in Social Media Management;
• Strong knowledge of Snapchat and its features;
• A creative mindset, eager to innovate;
• Exceptional fluency in English communication;
• A blend of responsibility and keen attention to detail.
