About the Team/Role
Entrupy Inc. is seeking a highly passionate and experienced Sneakers Authentication Team Lead to oversee our operations in SEA/India. If you live and breathe sneakers and have a proven track record leading teams, this is your opportunity. As the Sneakers Authentication Team Lead you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sneaker authentication professionals, ensuring our team meets and exceeds service level agreements through high-quality and efficient processing.
You will play a critical role in driving the success of our sneaker authentication operations by implementing strategic objectives, analyzing performance data, setting goals, and continuously improving operational processes to keep us ahead in the fast-paced world of sneaker authentication.
Note: This position will be based in Southeast Asia, with a requirement to be in India for the first 5-6 months.

What you'll do
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders to align on goals and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership & Development:
Manage, coach, and develop sneakers authentication team members, ensuring high levels of performance, accuracy, and productivity.
Provide ongoing support, guidance, and oversight to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Operational Management:
Assist management in implementing organizational objectives, strategies, and policies to optimize authentication operations.
Analyze business performance data for the sneakers authentication team in your region and develop actionable recommendations to enhance operational productivity, quality control, and accuracy.
Support the development and maintenance of internal systems and knowledge repositories to improve the delivery of Entrupy sneakers authentication.
What you bring
Experience:
3+ years of experience in the sneaker industry or resale market.
2+ years of sneaker authentication experience.
Proven experience in managing remote teams with a demonstrated ability to operate efficiently in a virtual environment.
Strong background in analyzing operations data and implementing improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Skills
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong communication skills, particularly in collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and time zones.
In-depth knowledge of sneaker brands, models, materials, and manufacturing techniques, with a strong ability to distinguish between authentic and counterfeit products
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-growing startup environment.
