Bachelor degree in communication, marketing or related field of study
4+ years experience in social media management or online community management
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other social media best practice
Strong analytical and planning skills; including deep understanding of social media analytics and listening tools
Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
Experience in managing team and working with cross-funtional team
