The Social Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of live streaming sessions, including planning, executing, and optimizing live commerce events. This role focuses on ensuring seamless broadcasts, coordinating with teams, and maximizing audience engagement and sales conversions through real-time interaction.
- Develop and lead comprehensive live commerce strategies to enhance audience engagement and boost sales, coordinating cross-functional teams from concept to post-event analysis.
- Identify and implement strategic product highlights, guest features, and promotions that align with target audience preferences.
- Manage and execute content strategies across digital platforms (social media, email, in-app notifications) to promote live events while ensuring consistent messaging.
- Oversee and optimize the budget for live commerce activities, negotiating with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions and tracking expenses to adhere to financial guidelines.
- Analyze competitors strategies and customer feedback to identify trends and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
- Collect and evaluate key performance metrics for each live session, creating detailed reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree any major
- 1 year experience in leading live commerce initiatives or similar digital engagement strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
