Key Responsibilities:

• Gather data from various social media platforms, analytics tools, and other sources to track key performance metrics.
• Analyze social media data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings.
• Segment and analyze the audience to better understand their behavior, preferences, and demographics.
• Monitor social media conversations, sentiments, and mentions to gain insights into public perception and identify potential issues or opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, data science, or a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
• A deep understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content engagement is necessary.
• The ability to work with large datasets and an eye for detail to ensure data accuracy.
