Creating & publishing creative and engaging content on daily basis, especially with video format (end to end from ideation, execution, & editing) on Social Media channels (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube Short) including copywriting for engagement and business purposes
Initiate plan and activities to optimize adhoc campaigns
Develop and write clear, persuasive copy & script for various mediums (e.g., Social Media Post, Story, Youtube video title & description, etc)
Contributing ideas, planning digital content strategies, and following up activities for digital campaigns (translated in weekly content plan)
Monitor closely social media & content performance in a form of weekly & monthly performance report
Liaising with community and other potential collaborators on responding to queries based on brand comms guideline
Working closely with Creative Multimedia Team to create proper brief on Youtube long video format
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree from any major
Strong writing skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Able to write in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner
Know how to use Mobile Video Editing Software (Capcut, VN, in-app editing tools) for producing short video content.
Good at using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, Google Drive, etc.
Have a high curiosity on any information & in finding solution
A self-starter with a strong communication skills
Confident in appearing in front of a camera for social media content (talent for videos)
Creative and proactive in keeping up with social trends, user behaviors, latest digital technologies, and knowledge in social media management & influencers.
Strong logical and critical thinking, reliable, self-disciplined, detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
