Your main duties in flying with us:
Manage Trello requests by creating and organizing tasks related to various projects and initiatives
Assist with content drafting and ideation by brainstorming ideas for new content pieces and refining existing ones
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and drive traffic to the company's website
Create and manage social media content, including copy, images, and videos, that aligns with the brand's voice and tone
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and recommend innovative ways to improve the company's social media presence
Analyze social media campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the management teamMandatory belongings that you must prepare:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, or Business
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience using social media platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Knowledge of social media best practices and emerging trends
Basic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Asana
Passion for social media and a desire to learn and grow in the field
Desired length of employment: 3 months
