We are looking for a passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our vibrant team and help us grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.
Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Multimedia Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating engaging and compelling visual and written content across various social media platforms. This role requires expertise in graphic designing, shooting and editing videos, crafting marketing materials including prints and posts, and staying updated with current social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality visual and written content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Video Production: Shoot and edit videos, ensuring content is optimized for each platform and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials such as posters, banners, infographics, and other promotional assets.
- Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Podcast Production: Operate podcast equipment and assist in recording, editing, and publishing podcast episodes.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to brainstorm and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, adjust content strategy as needed to optimize engagement and reach goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Person, Social Media Content Editor, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in video shooting and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Familiarity with operating camera equipment and podcast recording tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and platform capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Video Production, Broadcasting, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in social media content creation and marketing materials.
