Social Media Officer (Clinic)

Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish engaging posts for Instagram (Feed & Story)
• Caption and Content Planning for our Instagram
• Interacting with Audiences (IG Story, Comment Section)
• Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles and product releases)
• Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
• Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Compile customer's review and upload it to IG Story
• Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication or any related major
• Have experience in handling social media and content writing/copywriting
• Fluent in English, have proven experience to create English copy/content writings
• Up to date with the trend, knows how to use catchy words to persuade viewers
• Beauty enthusiast, extroverted, and has a unique writing personality
• Comfortable being in front of a camera
• Skilled in simple video-editing or Capcut is a plus
• Willing to do mobile working between Blugreen Office, Puri Kembangan & MOI, Kelapa Gading
• Able to join ASAP
