Job Description :

• Write caption, edit & publish engaging content (pics & videos) for Instagram Story, Reels & TikTok aligned with brand identity.
• Interacting with audience & respond to questions & comments on our social media pages in a timely & accurate manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles & product releases).
• Track & report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).
• Has experience handling KOL.
• Compile customer's review for content material.

Requirements :

• Has experience in handling social media & content writing copywriting.
• Has experience working at a creative agency or beauty company.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English, have proven experience to create Mandarin / English copy/content writings.
• Up to date with the trend especially in Beauty Industry, knows how to use catchy words to persuade viewers.
• Beauty enthusiast, extroverted, & has a unique writing personality.
• Comfortable being in front of a camera.
• Skilled in simple video-editing (Capcut / VN).
• Willing to be placed at Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
