As a Brand Lead, you will have the Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth across all major platforms.
- Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of high-quality content, including copy, visuals, and video assets.
- Manage a social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, PR, Creative) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand relevant.
- Engage and build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and the online community.
- Lead and mentor the social media team, providing guidance on content creation, engagement, and analytics.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers, Sprout Social).
- Proven ability to create engaging content and implement effective social media strategies.
- Experience working with influencers and managing online communities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
