As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts to enhance the game's brand and become the voice of the company.
Job Description
- Create and execute high quality and viral contents on social media
- Responsible for social media administration works, including managing contents, posting calendars, and replying to comments across channels (might involve managing other SEA countries when needed)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote the official content
- Identify engagement opportunities and act on them creating community events (online / offline)
- Implement a measuring system for making data-oriented decisions and reporting;
- Give continuous feedback and suggestions to our designers, adapting our content to our communities
- Communicate on behalf of the brand across multiple channels
Job Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in any majors from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Social Media Specialist or relevant roles
- Familiar with various social media channels (especially Tiktok & Facebook)
- Strong project management skill with a proven track record of initiating and monitoring several simultaneous channels and projects, as well as creating community strategies and events
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
- Experience in involving or actively participating in any community channel currently, either as a member/admin will be a plus point
