Strategy: Develop a social media strategy that aligns with brand goals and values through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Content: Creating and sharing engaging content daily, including writing, developing, and scheduling online content production
Engagement: Interacting with current and potential clients through social media platforms, responding to follower comments, and monitoring client engagement
Management: Checking brands social media accounts, moderating user-generated content, and assisting with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
Analytics: Measuring the success of social media campaigns by tracking metrics and insights, recording the reception of past social media posts, and presenting social media analytics in meetings
Requirements
Experience in lifestyle brands specifically in fashion and or beauty min 2 years (is a must)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Demonstrated experience in social media management would be a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Creative thinking and an understanding of audience engagement.
