Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing to strengthen the brand's position by developing digital media campaigns aligned with the brand's campaigns
  • Creating social media content to ensure the marketing campaign reaches its target audience effectively
  • Responsible for monthly editorial planning and analyzing insights of trends, which are then executed into daily content on all MamaBear social media
  • Recording, thinking creatively and analyzing data performance results of all social media MamaBear for creating the best content marketing strategy.
  • Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar profession
  • Preferably if married and have children
  • Able to express content ideas in script concept
  • Able to write content with Tone of Voice Brand: Inspirational, Informative, Friendly & Warm
  • Familiar & enthusiastic with current parenting science.
  • Familiar & can use hashtag optimization apps, keywords, trending songs
  • Familiar with digital marketing and ads on social media.
  • Able to design activities to increase traffic / ER on social media
  • Always up-to-date with all trends in social media
  • Able to work individually or in a team
