Job Description

Your Exciting Role

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Create, edit (reels), and publish high-quality and engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and ranking on search engines.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
  • Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive brand representation across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Engage with social media followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
  • Conduct audience and buyer persona research to tailor content and strategies effectively.
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, media, and other stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle other relevant tasks as needed.

Ideally, You Would Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist and Content Creator or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
  • Experience with audience and buyer persona research.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills and team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Proficiency with social media
