About the role
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's Instagram accounts, creating and sharing engaging content, building a strong online community, and driving brand awareness.
They also need to supervise influencer implementation in platform Tiktok & Instagram
What You Will Do:
Content Creation
Create and execute a strategic social media content plan aligned with the companys marketing goals and brand identity.
Develop editorial calendars and syndication schedules to ensure consistent content delivery across Instagram account
Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, and other creative team members to produce high-quality social media content
Supervise the implementation of KOL campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and brand objectives
Participate in relevant online community and discussion
Analytic & reporting:
Track Key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, followers, inquiries and traffic in weekly and monthly basis
Analyze data to identify trend and measure the effectiveness of social media campaign
What You Will Need :
3-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably with a focus in IG & Tiktok
Experience creating and managing social media content across various formats (images, videos, text).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capability ini content writing and storytelling strongly preferred
Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
